Which payment methods do you accept?

I accept PayPal Payments only but rest assured you can still use it as a guest even if you don't have a PayPal account set up.

What is your returns policy?

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations
  • Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

  • Send items back within: 30 days of delivery

  • Request a cancellation within:  24 hours of purchase

 
The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Items on sale

 

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

However if you do occur a problem then please contact me. I'd happy to help.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I don’t charge extra for packaging only postage (unless there is an offer on). I can supply gift boxes for bespoke items only at a small extra charge which will be discussed with you. Any other items e.g.cards will be sent in a jiffy bag along with card inside to prevent any damage whilst in the post.

I like to have something made

If you see something you like in my shop but would like something different then I can make it for you. Please contact me with your idea you have and I can get back to you.

Custom and personalised orders

With any custom or personalised orders I will contact you throughout to make sure that you are happy with it. Once your happy and it has been sent to you if there was any other issues (apart from damage in transit) then I will do my upmost to resolve the issue. I don’t accept returns on personalised items.

All card sizes are on the description of the item. If your still not sure then please contact me. Thank you.
